Cheese Sauce for Meat
This cheese sauce is a perfect complement to any meat or potatoes. It's fluffy, full of flavor, and so simple to prepare!

- 50 g butter
- 50 g Cookies
- 500 ml milk
- 200 g grated cheese
- 1 salt
- 1 ground black pepper

We melt butter in a small saucepan.
2. Step
We add flour and mix until combined.
3. Step
Gradually pour in the milk and stir to avoid lumps.
4. Step
When we have a smooth mixture, add grated cheese and mix until it dissolves.
5. Step
Season the sauce with salt and ground black pepper.
6. Step
We serve the raw sauce warm. It is excellent with meat or potatoes.
