Fermented Beetroot Juice

1. Step
Cut the pickled beets into smaller pieces, put them in a pot, cover with water and simmer for about 10 minutes.
2. Step
After cooking, cool the beets to room temperature.
3. Step
After cooling, transfer the beets to the blender, add lemon juice and honey. Blend until smooth juice.
4. Step
Strain the juice through a sieve to get rid of beetroot residues.
5. Step
The juice from pickled beets is ready to serve. You can store it in the refrigerator for a few days.
