- 1 mug Semi-coarse rice flour
- 1 mug Semolina maize flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1⁄2 mug Unrefined sugar

- 1 mug milk

- 4 a piece apples

1. Step
First prepare the dough. In a large bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients - poppy seeds, rice and corn flours, baking powder, salt and sugar.

Gradually add milk, oil and egg.

Peel, core and thinly slice the apples. It is ideal to use more acidic apples, which will add the necessary freshness to the cake. Mix them with cinnamon.
