Homemade pasta
An excellent and proven recipe for homemade pasta.
Ingredients
- 2 glasses Flours
- 2 pcs Large eggs
- 1⁄4 glasses hot water
- pinch of salt

Directions
On a large flat surface, sprinkle flour and form a mound with it, and make a hole in the center.
Crack the eggs into the hole in the flour and add a pinch of salt. Slowly start mixing the eggs with the flour, gradually adding warm water. Tip: this is the stage during which you need to act carefully, so as not to spill the eggs and water on the countertop.
Gradually knead the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic. This should take about 10 minutes. When the dough is ready, wrap it in cling film and set it aside for about 20 minutes. Tip: If the dough is too dry, add more water. If the dough is too wet, add more flour.
After 20 minutes, divide the dough into portions. Roll out each portion into a thin pancake.
Cut the prepared dough slices into thin strips, using a knife or a special pasta machine. Spread the finished pasta on a flat surface and let it dry.
Drop the finished pasta into boiling salted water and cook for about 2-3 minutes until al dente.
