Kale juice
Kale juice is a healthy and energetic alternative to traditional drinks. Rich in vitamins and minerals, it not only improves digestion, but also strengthens the immune system.

- 1 pcs apple
- 1 pcs salad cucumber
- Bunch of kale
- juice of half a lemon
- Glass of water
- Honey to taste (optional)

1. Step
Wash and dry the kale thoroughly.
2. Step
Wash the apple, cut it into quarters and remove the seed nest.
3. Step
Wash the cucumber and cut it into pieces.
4. Step
Place all ingredients in a blender.
5. Step
Add lemon juice, water and optional honey.
6. Step
Blend ingredients until smooth.
7. Step
Strain the juice through a strainer to get rid of any remaining kale.
8. Step
Serve immediately after preparation to preserve as many vitamins and minerals as possible.
