Tomato Sauce with Cream

A classic tomato sauce with the addition of cream for a better taste and creamy consistency. Ideal for pasta or as a complement to meat.

  • 400 g Tomatoes in a tin can Added to
  • 200 ml cooking cream Added to
  • 1 a piece Pod of red pepper (optional) Added to
  • 1 teaspoon sugar Added to
  • 1 teaspoon salt Added to
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper Added to

1. Step

Heat the oil in a pan and add chopped onion and garlic, sauté them until they soften and turn golden.

2. Step

Add the canned tomatoes and a clove of red pepper if you are using it. Stir and let it cook for 10 minutes.

3. Step

After 10 minutes, add salt, sugar, and spices. Stir, then add the cooking cream.

4. Step

Leave the sauce to cook for another 10-15 minutes or until you reach the desired consistency.

5. Step

The sauce is ready and can be served with your favorite pasta or meat. Enjoy your meal!
