White Asparagus Soup
In this recipe, you can use either white or green asparagus.

- 1 volume asparagus
- 3 potato
- 1 parsley
- 1 tablespoon peas
- 150 ml cooking cream
- 1⁄2 leek
- 1 cloves of garlic
- butter
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- ground black pepper
- nutmeg
- ground caraway
- croutons
- a handful washed and finely chopped parsley

1. Step
In butter, we fry leek and squeezed garlic.
2. Step
Add the chopped asparagus, potatoes, parsley, peas.
3. Step
We season it, stir it and let it rest for a while.
4. Step
Pour water over it and cook until soft.

If the vegetables are soft, blend them and add cream.
6. Step
Let it steam and set it aside.

Season to taste and serve.
