Christmas chocolate liqueur
Dear readers, this winter I'd like to share with you a simple but powerful Christmas chocolate liqueur recipe that is a great favourite in our family. I have made it several times and I can assure you that it will be a great surprise not only for chocolate lovers, but for everyone!
Ingredients
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 200 ml water
- 100 g sugar
- 200 ml vodka

Directions
Procedure: first, mix the water and sugar in a large saucepan and melt the sugar over medium heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until the water starts to crystallize. This usually takes 5 minutes.
Procedure: once the sugar is completely dissolved, add the cream and chocolate.
Procedure: heat, stirring constantly, until the chocolate is completely melted. Then remove from the heat and allow the mixture to cool.
Procedure: once the mixture has cooled completely, add the vodka and mix thoroughly.
